Allex Michael: This story takes place about three months after adopting Ebbey. Standing on top of my old car, in the garage, I was sorting through a very high pile of stored boxes. The garage is packed pretty full and a kid's bike trailer (converted to pull an old dog) was right next to the car. Blocking her way, Ebbey climbed right inside the trailer. After a good smell, she then used it as a step to jump on top of the car's trunk and reach up and smell the boxes I was going through. Living on her own, Ebbey exploits all opportunities such as a useful step up to a potential food source. The longer I know this dog, the more I'm astounded by the potential of canine intelligence. However, I am also surprised at how domesticated life can suppress ingenuity.

Playing the search dog, Ebbey has a leading role in the eerie action thriller Search Dog's Raven. Her character is paramount, because the key to unlocking the film's unique twist turns out to be the 'Search Dog's...Raven.
