When I say the word mousy, Ebbey instinctually looks to the ground. We have several inhabiting the deck of the house where we are living during post production of the film Search Dog's Raven. Nesting underneath, they run across the deck and in front of sliding glass doors to eat bird food scattered from a tray feeder on the railing. All the household dogs enjoy watching the mice scamper back and forth. Though scattering when any of the dogs go outside, the mice have become used to their canine audience.
But how do you point out a climbing mouse to a dog. Mice are ground dwellers are they not.
As the photo shows, several of the mice have started climbing up the inside of the screen door. Sometimes halfway, sometimes right up to the top. It took much finger pointing and pointing Ebbey's head upwards before she clued into the climbing mousies.
Playing the search dog, Ebbey has a leading role in the eerie action thriller Search Dog's Raven. Her character is paramount, because the key to unlocking the film's unique twist turns out to be the 'Search Dog's...Raven.
