Ebbey loves to run, and this blurred action photo is just a split second of the excitement she generates to those watching.

Flea allergies are another common problem. Allex Michael: Since Ebbey has such a poor reaction to most medications, I don't give her any kind of pesticides orally or topically. I also don't use a flea collar, which contains pesticide. Instead, Ebbey gets a large clove of fresh minced garlic every day. It's possible she's allergic to garlic, but it seems effective thus far in discouraging parasites.

One early spring day we were out in the forest, and Ebbey kept getting large specks of dirt on her fur that would soon drop off. There was still some snow on the ground so I didn't think to check if they were ticks. A closer inspection revealed the specks were large elk ticks, and not one stuck around for a bite. I can only conclude it was the garlic.

Ebbey also gets fatty acid supplements in the form of fish oil every second day. I'm certain she has a mild allergy to this as well, however it seems to have improved her skin and itch levels in the long run. Search Dog's Raven Poster

Playing the search dog, Ebbey has a leading role in the eerie action thriller Search Dog's Raven. Her character is paramount, because the key to unlocking the film's unique twist turns out to be the 'Search Dog's...Raven.
